I actually really like these guys. I have a place I normally go to but we ordered here because they deliver. Will definitely keep coming back. They have been super friendly, good price, and pretty good food!

Beware. We should have checked the Google Reviews before going there. We ordered takeout and was very disappointed with the food preparation. Our Combo Fried Rice was burnt. The pork and chicken litterly had charcoal on it. They know you're not going to drive all the way back to return the food. Take some pride in ownership. If you over cook something redo the order and communicate with your clients it will be a little longer until their food is done. We were treated transactional instead of becoming returning clients. Customers beware you can do better elsewhere.

Use to eat here a lot when I lived closer. It’s been a few years. Foods alright. Ordered fried rice they put what looked like boiled chicken mixed in and it smelt terrible. I also got Tso chicken, most of the meat was very stringy?or felt like I was biting into a tender??vein?? Not sure what you’d call it but the chicken had an odd texture. What really made me write this review was the lady who answered the phone, right off the bat was super rude, never really had this issue in person. Maybe it’s just a bad day for her, I don’t know. But for that alone I won’t order again. Customer service is everything and the way you speak to people says a lot.

I love this place, they deliver and is always pleasant whether they deliver or I pick up. I alway get the beef with garlic sauce. I highly recommend. Their restaurant is clean but dated. I don't care if it's dated as long as it's clean and the food is good. I highly recommend

True Score- 3.5/5 Stars China House is my default option for Chinese carryout in Hamilton. In my opinion, it is the best in Hamilton in this regard (aside from Basil) and consistently has the best tasting food. Everything I have had is pretty good- however the egg rolls can be a bit chewy and the fried rice is kind of generic (although it tastes good). I think the chicken is excellent, the dumplings are great, and the lo mein is also pretty good. Staff is always very friendly inside, and that is a plus. It can quickly be an expensive dinner. 2 combos with a drink or 2 and an appetizer can easily run you 35 bucks. Depending on what you get. The place seems to be carryout/delivery only, as the inside is not suitable for seating to dine in. The blinds are all messed up, and in general just not an appealing looking place. The food and service are for sure the best in town, making this my default choice. Highly recommend! NOTE: Star rating based on my own formula consisting of flavor, cost, facilities, service, and overall satisfaction. Reviews are subject to change based on future visits.
